1,25,000 View CatalogConstructed from 1.6 mm Thick Galvanized Steel Sheet (Conform to IS 277) formed to provide a 46mm to 48mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with Lock Seam joints at stile edges. Lead line Door Leaves are constructed with a single Layer of Lead sheet varying thickness from 1mm to 2mm depends on client requirement. Lead sheet sandwiched between Galv anized steel sheet of 1.6mm thick . The lead sheets extend the full width and height of the door. Lead thickness is to be equal to the shielding in the adjacent wall, lead is used to give radiation protection in areas like Hospitals, Health clinics etc.
Produced from 2.0mm (16SWG) thick galvanized steel sheet (Conform to IS 277) formed to double/Single rebate profile of size 100mm X 58mm/ 143x58mm. Door frames are constructed with a single Layer of Lead sheet varying thickness from 1mm to 2mm depends on client requirement The Door Frames may be built into the brick or block walls using corrugated "TEE" anchors not welded to the Frames (First fix). Frames may also be fixed on plastered openings with the help of Anchor Fasteners (Second Fix). Door Frames are supplied to knockdown/welded from with butt joints for Bolted Assembly at site.
